Can you work with existing screens and software?
JMS supplies and coordinates physical display hardware around customer-selected screens, media players, touch components, and CMS providers. Software or POS compatibility must be confirmed with those providers. JMS does not operate its own CMS or software platform.
How are materials and finishes selected?
Materials and components are selected for the application, finish, installation conditions, and maintenance needs. Final material, electrical, certification, and warranty details are defined in the quotation.
How are lead time and installation handled?
Lead times depend on design approvals, prototypes or samples, material availability, quantity, fabrication, and delivery requirements. JMS confirms a project schedule during quotation and coordinates agreed milestones; installation scope is identified separately.
Warranty & Compliance
Warranty coverage, provider, exclusions and applicable product terms are identified in the project quotation. Certification, listed components, environmental ratings, and any additional testing are confirmed for the specific product and project.
